Yeah... OC Neko!Sicily. This sort of started out as a circle and then I just started thinking of cats *looks over at Greece sleeping in the corner of my room* I do not own Hetalia. All I own is a computer to watch it and to come up with odd characters for it. Tell me what you think, please.
